East Watch is a 740 sq ft, 1 bedroom private retreat that provides the comforts and amenities of home with the style of a high-end hotel. All 5 to 15 min from shopping, downtown, and the beach. It's a short walk from Mt. Helix Park which offers a 360* view, weekday yoga, and stunning sunrises and sunsets. We have EV high speed car charging, a full kitchen with all appliances, workspace with dedicated fast WIFI, a spa shower, and super comfortable beds and pillows. Stay and let us charm you!

Mid-Century Modern A-Frame Secluded with Hot Tub

Secluded mid-century modern A-Frame cabin located in the Pine Hills community of historic Julian, CA. Built in 1969, the cabin completed a 2.5 year renovation in 2023 to meet modern tastes and amenities but keeps the original 60's groovy vibe. This unique family retreat offers a 900 sq ft deck, hot tub, firepits, and stunning views. Julian, a 1.5 hours drive east from San Diego, is a small town with big activities: hiking, biking, fishing, winery/breweries, winter sledding, apple pie eating.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Great dining area with 6 chairs provided, fully working kitchen for cooking, cabinets filled with plates, silverware, tupperware. Bathroom is fully equipped with brand new fresh towels, soap, etc. One of the bedrooms includes a King Size Bed, very spacious and comfortable. The other bedroom has two twin size beds and workspace next to each bed. Patio has turf, soccer goal, bbq grill, fire pit, seating area, emergency door.
