Just outside Trelleborg, we rent out our guest house of 25 sqm + loft. About 7 minutes by car to the nearest beach and grocery store. 6 km to Trelleborg city center. Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

Welcome to a newly renovated accommodation with very good communications to central Malmö and Copenhagen. In few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we take care of each square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The accommodation - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Guests bring bedlinen (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases) and towels. Guests clean at checkout.

You’ll love this house because of the views, the outdoors space and the calming ambiance. Our home is good for nature lovers & couples. Our garden have several fruit trees and berry bushes so feel free to harvest the fruits and berries depending of the season.

Treat yourself to a rest in a picturesque place! The property has a guest house with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, gym and indoor pool with jacuzzi. Right next to it is a separate cottage with an extra bedroom and bathroom. There is also a terrace, a gazebo with a place for a bonfire, a pond and a beautiful garden. It is a perfect place to relax close to nature, just 2.2 km from the sea.

This is cozy secluded cabin situated amongst the Beech trees overlooking the swimming pond. Enjoy evenings sitting around your own camp fire or catch the sunrise from your deck while sipping your coffee.

Östra Torp's old school has half-meter-thick walls and deep window niches that give an extra cozy feeling. The apartment has its own entrance and is located on the ground floor with a view and small patio. The rental part is separated from the rest of the property and with a newly renovated shower / toilet.
