Beautiful and quiet Ile de Ré house, in the heart of the island

At the bottom of a hamlet, quiet, facing nature, is our little house , "Kergui" for the intimate. Bright and carefully decorated, it will delight you. On the ground floor, large living room and fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom (queen size bed ) and its bathroom WC. On the 1 st floor, mezzanine relaxation area + bathroom WC as well as a bedroom (king size bed)and desk corner + 1 small bedroom with 2 beds of 80. Linen provided ( duvet covers, towels... )

In a traditional hamlet in an exceptionally quiet cul-de-sac, 1.5 km from the beach of Grands Sables, 6 km from Le Palais, 4 km from Locmaria. Small house (penty type) for two people (adults) only. On the ground floor, a kitchen/living room, upstairs, a bedroom and a bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) Surface area: around 32 m². Beautiful garden across the alley: 350 m2. Bed linens and towels are provided. No pets. Non-smoking house. Gay-friendly.

Designer studio on a one-hectare property

My place is close to the beautiful beach of Grands Sables. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the beauty of the studio and the property. My place is good for couples and solo travelers. It is possible – if requested in advance – for a child to sleep on the sofa bed. 2 bikes are available free of charge during the stay. Nevertheless the island is large and hilly and it is best to have a car, motorcycle or electric bikes!

Lovely, joyful and comfortable little house for two adults. It is independent, not overlooked and opens onto a garden bordered by charms and a country fence in alternating chestnut. Venetian blinds play with the light in the living room. Perfectly equipped kitchen, washer-dryer behind the door under the stairs, large shower room. The bedroom is on the mezzanine: quality bed 140 x 200 cm, small closet and computer desk.
