The house smartly decorated with two completely separate apartments where the apartment we rent has: private entrance, large patio, shower, toilet, washing machine, kitchen, bikes, 6 beds (2 double beds + 1 single bed + 1 sofa bed). The house is next to old school & this house is formerly the teacher's residence. On Österlen it is close to everything & there is lots to experience: swimming, beaches, food, drink, culture, beautiful landscape, hiking, golf, padel etc.

Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. To the accommodation there is a large landscaped garden,"Olas garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

Only 8 minutes to Sandhammaren beach. 2 mn walking distance to the neighbors Karl-Fredrik at Eklaholm & Reunion shop/cafe. Private furnished patio, barbecue and endless sunsets over the fields. Nice food experiences/shops/flea market/hikes around the corner. 3 km to Handlaren Löderup, 4 km h ICA, pharmacy etc. Bed linens & towels are included. The guest house is a smaller house in the garden that was originally the whole village common freezer house! The house is about 25 square meters and has newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen, adjustable double bed 180 cm, TV, dining table and bathroom. A bright and nice house! Nevertheless, the location is quite central in Österlen, in between the slightly larger villages Hammenhög in the north and Borrby in the south, just over 3 km to each village. Within just 1 mile you can reach most things and within 2 miles you reach "everything".

The surrounding is characterized by the beautiful, snow-white and miles long sand beach, drift hills and the beach forest. The sea bath is very shallow and therefore perfectly suited for families with children. The house is located at a 1 600 sqm lush yard with only 150 m to the beach.
