Furnished to the highest standards with on the ground floor, a double bedroom with en-suite shower, fully equipped kitchen (inc dishwasher) ,open plan, vaulted dining room / hall & family bathroom (with Bath). Stairs take you up to a beautiful, open plan lounge with wood burning stove, tv (Freesat) , and of course there is the second double bedroom served by its own stairs.

A unique balcony makes the most of the woodland views. In 5 minutes you can be on the Trans Pennine Trail - excellent for cycling & walking trips. The cottage is 5 minute walk to the local Camra pub (The Huntsman) and The Cottage Bakery just over the road. Excellent speed fibre broadband. Themed rooms due to my big collection of items.

A cosy but deceptively spacious three bedroom end terraced house centrally located in the small market town of Penistone, South Yorkshire on the edge of the Peak District. Great walking and cycling countryside on your doorstep. The trans-Pennine trail runs through the middle of Penistone and is less than half a mile from the house. A selection of local shops, restaurants, pubs and bars all within easy walking distance.
