we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Das charmante Reetdachhaus, am Koppelstrom, steht seit dem Frühjahr 2016 für Ihren Urlaub zur Verfügung. Überzeugend ist die Lage des Hauses mit seinem traumhaften Blick auf Bodden und dem angrenzenden kleinen Hafen. Aber auch die großzügige Ausstattung mit Kamin und Sauna kann sich sehen lassen. Ferienhäuser an der Ostsee sind keinesfalls nur in der warmen Jahreszeit interessant. „an de waterkant“ beweist, dass es auch in der Nebensaison genügend Gründe gibt, um sich eine Auszeit zu nehmen

Zum Haus gehört eine Terrasse unter dem Walnussbau, ferner ein schöner Garten. Wegen Bettenwechsel in der Saison grundsätzlich 15.00 Uhr Eincheckzeit, 10.00 Uhr Auscheckzeit, geht natürlich auch nach Vereinbarung entspannter! Keine Haustiere, es fallen Extrakosten für Bettwäsche und Strom (im Winter) an.

"Kontor“ für 2 im postsozialistischen Gutshaus

Das "Kontor" ist ein großzügiges, herrschaftliches Apartment mit marodem Charm für 2 Personen das sich im rechten Flügel, im Erdgeschoß des Hauses befindet. Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. Mittlerweile gibt es im Haus 3 weitere Apartments für Gäste. (gerne auch unsere anderen Angebote bei Airbnb anschauen)

Der eigene Gartenbereich fügt sich angenehm in die natürgeprägte Umgebeung ein. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichekeiten sind in wenigen Minutenauch ohne ein Auto erreichbar. Bereits die ersten Sonnenstrahlen wohnen einem Frühstück Innen wie Außen bei.
