La nostra abitazione è ricca di storia, costruita sopra le rovine della Domus aurea, l'antica villa di Nerone, a pochi metri dalla chiesa di San Pietro in Vincoli che ospita il famoso Mose' di Michelangelo. Nella nostra terrazza panoramica cui vedrete il verde degli alberi del Colle Oppio, gusterete momenti di pace e relax.

Posizione ideale per raggiungere il centro con i veloci mezzi pubblici, questo angolo di Roma è al piano terra nella corte interna di un quartiere cool e moderno: a cento metri c'è il Pigneto, strada ricca di locali e di vita, ristoranti, bar, cafè, enoteche e molte attività di intrattenimento serali. Di giorno è un ottimo punto di snodo: la metropolitana "Pigneto" e il tram "Piazzale Prenestino" sono a 3 minuti a piedi, così come il trenino che collega direttamente con stazione Termini.
