Stone house in the most trendy place in Bordeaux

Our home is in an exceptional location right on Place des Chartrons, famous for its authentic village life in the heart of the city. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! Wake up in the morning with the natural light coming true the windows ! Fully renovated in 2014, our duplex home is tastefully decorated with a mix of antiques and flea market finds, giving it a chic but relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. It features Bordeaux's typical stone walls, wooden floors, a fireplace and high ceilings. It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a living room with dining area, and a separate kitchen. One bedroom has a single bed and a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) on the mezzanine. The other two bedrooms each have a large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The whole house will be yours to enjoy! I will be very happy to communicate with you by email and telephone. And as a Bordelaise myself I can provide you with all the addresses and useful information you need to make your holiday an enjoyable and memorable experience. This house is in Les Chartrons, which used to be the wine merchants' and sailors’ district back in the 18th century. It’s since been transformed into a chic neighborhood, known for its antiques shops and fashion boutiques. If you arrive by car, you can park on the street outside or in a private parking (Parking de la Cité Mondiale) located 4 minutes by feet from the house. The nearest Tram stop is only 2 minutes away: "Place Paul Doumer" Tram C, and "CAPC" Tram A. A direct tram will take you from the train station to the house: take tram C, direction "Les Aubiers" and stop "Place Paul Doumer". A direct tram will take you from the house to the Parc des Expositions . You can rent bicycles at the Vcub station or a car at the Bluecub station. Both stations are very close to your house. The basement has a separate entrance and contains space for bicycles or a moped should you decide to rent one. Please note that during Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the minimum stay is 5 days.

It is close to a shopping mall, airport, train station, restaurants, art and culture because of its position in relation to tram stations, buses (beaches), bicycles, etc. You will appreciate our accommodation for the tranquility that emerges, its amenities, comfort, my availability and responsiveness. Your accommodation is suitable for the solo or business traveler, or 1 couple with 2 children or 3 adults with a child from 0 to 3 years old.

Maison moderne, confortable et cosy. Dans un cadre atypique et tranquille. A 1mn du tram, 10 mn du centre ville de Bordeaux. 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain, cuisine spacieuse entièrement équipée. Proximité toutes commodités, frais de stationnement dans la rue pris en charge, wifi et buanderie. Non fumeur, pas d'animaux, pas de fêtes. Le passage est un endroit très tranquille, nous vous demanderons de respecter la tranquillité de nos voisins et de limiter le bruit à l'extérieur.

Quiet whole house, in the center of Bordeaux

Nice 2-story house in a quiet area in the city center, near "Place de la Victoire" where you can do everything on foot. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, very well-equipped kitchen and a small patio allow you to discover Bordeaux in a very comfortable way and without being ruined. Quiet residential area has everything you probably need. Bakery, grocery store and parking not far away. Close to tram B and bus line 1, taking you back from the train station or airport.

Charming fully-equipped 2-bedroom

Come and discover our brand new gîte, located in the heart of downtown Blaye (20 KM from the Blayais Nuclear Power Plant, in the heart of the wine region). This allows you to walk to all amenities (300 m from the Citadel). The house consists of a bedroom equipped with a TV. Upon entering, you will find a common patio with the accommodation opposite (a 4-room). You can park in the city's free parking lots. We hope you have a pleasant stay with us!

The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, a few steps from the Public Garden, right in the center. The house is arranged on 3 floors. Guests can enjoy a terrace with Jacuzzi (until 10pm maximum). Private parking on the ground floor that can accommodate several cars is available, by reservation only, at the rate of €15/day/car. The geographical location is ideal: you can discover most of the city on foot. Occupancy is 10 people maximum.

My accommodation is located in the city center, in the heart of the bastide, close to all amenities: indoor and outdoor market, restaurants, shops, cheese shop, pastry shop and the new aquatic center. Also close to the beaches of the Atlantic coast, the Arcachon Bay, the Bordeaux vineyards (St-Emilion, Pomerol, Fronsac, Médoc). You'll love my loft-style place for its spa, unoverlooked terrace, 2-car garage on the ground floor, and location.

A beautiful 80 m2 Arcachonnaise will seduce you with its authentic charm of beach-side houses. Completely renovated by an architect, the interior space is spacious: 38 m2 of living room, 2 bedrooms of 14 m2 and a space of 10 m2 for parents, located upstairs. Bathroom with toilet ideally decorated in wood, adds a touch of charm to its interior. A garden at the front of the house and a beautiful terrace on the back, complete the decor.

Exceptional accommodation: a townhouse with a garden and a free parking space. In the historic center, there are very few. Perfect location: close to the docks, the train station and tram stops St Michel/ Porte de Bourgogne and very lively and picturesque neighborhood, two exceptional markets. Quiet, bright house, with terrace, plancha,garden and tree that gives a pleasant shade during hot summers.
