In spring, you can enjoy the first sunshine and fresh greenery. Throughout the year it is enjoyable here. The birds will whistle you awake and deer walking around will sometimes come right up to near the house.

The Lochemse Berg and surrounding areas offer great opportunities for hiking, running, mountain biking, cycling or just to unwind in the middle of nature. You can enjoy complete privacy; the only ones besides yourself are the cows that roam freely in the pastures. It is located in the middle of nature, but also 1200 meters from the bustling market square of Lichtenvoorde. Inside the holiday home you can enjoy a modern interior, a wonderful atmosphere and it is fully equipped. The most beautiful cycling area in the Netherlands awaits you.

Space, tranquility and privacy

Our vacation home is furnished for 4 people (max 5 people). The kitchen has an induction cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator and dishwasher (including dishwasher tablets). Also included are kitchen linens, coffee pods, tea bags, oil, pepper and salt and kitchen rolls. Both bedrooms have a separate shower and toilet so that even friendly couples still have their privacy. Toilet paper, towels and bed linen are included. The terrace and orchard overlooking the meadow complete the picture.

The bakspieker is a detached cottage located in the yard of our monumental farm. The recently renovated cottage is suitable for 2 people looking for a place to cycle, hike or relax in the hot tub with a beautiful view over meadows. This luxury cottage is full of comforts and gives a cozy and rural feeling upon arrival. The hot tub is available for an additional fee of €85.00. Please indicate when booking. This includes fresh water, limited firewood and use of luxury bathrobes.

The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

Het vakantiehuis heeft 3 slaapkamers met 2 boxsprings, stapelbed en 2 badkamers. De keuken is voorzien van een oven/magnetron combinatie, elektrische kookplaat, afwasmachine, koelkast en vriezer. Het huis is duurzaam gebouwd, het wordt verwarmd met een warmtepomp en 48 zonnepanelen.
