Lots of outdoor space and a beautiful, charming porch to enjoy your coffee or watch the kids play. Plenty of amenities in a relaxing, tranquil setting.

We adore our town, and hope you'll enjoy your visit with us. This rental is our guest house, so we'll be right next door if you need anything during your stay.

The warm refinished oak floors invites into our home and the remodeled Kitchen is primed for cooking and the remodeled bathroom, will wash away the day's cares. Relax back on the leather couch or take on a game of darts. There are extra DVD's in the TV stand along with boards games, cards & dominos as well. The back yard is fully fenced in.

Sumerset Cottage was specifically designed to offer a place of calm and peaceful relaxation. Come enjoy the screened in sunroom then look out over a beautiful valley and remember how beautiful America really can be. Sumerset Cottage is a guest house owned and hosted by Kirt and Susan Sumers. It is a completely separate cottage although their home is approximately 120 yards away. They will give you privacy or will be glad to visit with you about the area.

We’ve done all the hard work for you! Full hook-up, water, sewer, electric and Wi-fi. -suitable for up to 4 guests, no children please, (but please check with us, we do make exceptions). Sought-after location, 10 minutes to Harrison and 8 minutes to the Buffalo National River, (Pruitt access). There are also lots of hiking trails in the area and breathtaking scenic views abound. We can’t wait to share our part of God’s amazing mountains with you.

Piney woods cottage is conveniently located 1 1/2 miles south of Harrison city limits, only a 1/4 mile off Scenic Route 7. Whether you want to enjoy the Buffalo River just a few miles south of us or Branson 30 mins. north of us, our location is ideal for both. Our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage can accommodate 1-4 people. Come enjoy the scenic Ozarks with lots of fishing, hiking, and canoeing nearby!
