Sunny Side Bonita unique tiny home in a quiet neighborhood on 1 acre. Just off the 54 freeway. 15 minutes from downtown San Diego nightlife, 15 minutes from nearest beach, 10 minutes from downtown Chula Vista, 2 golf courses, mountain bike trails and hiking trails, new BMX track, accessible though our backyard door. Bonita is a small community with lots of amenities: restaurants, shopping, horseback riding and bike riding. 15 minutes from San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and Mexico border crossing.

Cute one bedroom lockoff attached to custom home in upscale community. Separate entrance with keyless entry gives you complete privacy and a private yard. Has a Bedroom, full bath, living room, and kitchenette with microwave, sink, mini-fridge, and coffee maker (not a full kitchen) King sized bed, AC/Central heat, wireless internet. I have a two 5 pound 1 female and 1 male Yorkie in the Main house you may hear them sometimes from the door that separate the main house from the Granny flat.
