Here is the ideal place for those looking for nature, peace and tranquility without giving up the practicality of being close to the Center. The house is located in a large land with trees and birds that make your home here. It is 7 minutes from the center of Lavras, near UFLA, Gammon High School, among others. The rooms are very spacious and still have a beautiful pool and pergola for moments of connection with nature. On the land there are other houses. But they won't get in the way of your privacy.

We have two accesses, one inside UFLA, whose route has 800 meters of dirt road. And another all paved, along the contour road of Lavras (MG 335T). Located just 10 minutes from the center.
