Our cozy guesthouse with sauna is located on an island on the Leidsche Vaart near the Braassemermeer. You will find us between Amsterdam (approx. 30 minutes, car), Schiphol (approx. 20 minutes, car and 30 minutes, bus) and The Hague (approx. 35 minutes, car) in the Groene Hart. Many possibilities for cycling, walking (located on the Marskramerpad), varen, cities and/or beaches (25 minutes) to visit. Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Tiny house @ sea, beach and dunes

Our cosy Tiny House is located about 400 meters from the beach. Dunes and forest at 1 km and the shopping street of Noordwijk aan Zee only 600 mtr. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2021. It is a perfect base to enjoy the nearby nature, by foot or bicycle, and it is also very centrally located for a city visit to Amsterdam, Leiden or The Hague. In the months of April and May, Noordwijk is the flourishing heart of the bulb region.

Cozy log cabin (17 m2) for two people, equipped with shower and toilet. Detached with lots of privacy and plenty of space outside. Possibility to make coffee or tea. There is a double bed in the room. Two single beds are also possible, we would like to know this well in advance, so that everything is ready when you arrive. A delicious breakfast can be booked. On request: evening meal to order: fresh soup with bread platter.

B&B Sun-drenched Garden Chalet

Our sunny garden chalet is freely situated in our 400 spuare metre-large garden behind the house. The chalet has sliding doors to the garden, a pull out sofa bed (double), an open kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood stove. Enjoy the peace on your own sunny terrace among the flowers and plants! Located in the heart of the flower bulb area near the coast, within 7 minutes walking distance to the train station.

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental. You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city. Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city. For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike
