Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

This house is mine, I live in it, my things are stored in the cupboards, but they won't bother you when you occupy the house, I'm settled elsewhere. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Our house is located in a quiet residential area of Bois-le-Roi on the edge of the forest. Very well furnished, it is extremely comfortable. At the end of the garden, you will find a small gate that allows direct access to the Fontainebleau forest. Possibility of multiple walks in the forest, on foot or by bike. You can also visit the remarkable sites of the Fontainebleau forest such as the magnificent site of the Rochers Canons (hiking, climbing).

You enter the garden from the street through a small discreet door. You cross a small paved and flowered courtyard before discovering where the house is hidden. In a very quiet area, it is located at the back of a large walled garden, one kilometre from the station and shops, and 400 meters from the forest. Perfect for a stay with family or friends, the house is also ideal for remote working as it has a fiber optic internet connection.
