Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

Log house! saw a real cabin/summerhouse where it exudes grandma coziness! No TV or internet, but plenty of books and games. (There is a good 4G connection). It is cozy when the wood-burning stove is lit, the house can also be heated with the heat pump, heating can be started before arrival. With 200 meters down to Fønsvig, where there is a bathing beach, as well as a small bathing jetty where you can just grab a morning dip. If you like fishing, you can go out and catch sea trout, as well as other fish species.

There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig i det centrale Bogense Her er der indenfor en radius af 1 km adgang til børnevenlig strand, søbad, havnemiljø, golfbane og meget mere. I løbet af en time kan man bl.a. komme til Legoland, og Givskud Zoo. Haven er lukket og et dejligt åndehul. Der kan tændes op i bålstedet og man kan nyde et køligt glas i det hyggelige væksthus. Obs. Der er trapper i boligen derfor ikke handikap venlig. Forældre må selv vurdere ift. mindre børn

In the heart of Odense you will find our 120 year old masonry villa. On the top floor there is an apartment with bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with a big tub. The apartment has direct access to a 50 square meter rooftop terrace with a view of the beautiful Assistens cemetery and park. We are a family of 5 living in the ground floor. Our kids are 3, 6 and 10. There is access to our garden and trampoline, which you will share with us.
