The cottage consists of 2 bedrooms on the first floor, including one with a continental double bed. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a fully equipped kitchenette, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The property has a sauna and a hot tub.

The resort has 12 houses for 8 people with an area of 68 m2. Each house includes a living room (fold-out corner sofa for 2 additional people), three bedrooms (3 double beds and two single beds), a kitchen, a bathroom (shower, toilet), a separate toilet and a spacious terrace of over 20 m2. There is a common room with a playroom and a ski room. Available breakfast delivered to your door upon request at an additional cost. For an additional fee, you can use the garden sauna.

The house is off a road about 300 meters from a modern outdoor swimming pool in a very quiet location. In the neighborhood there are bungalows - some of them are occupied all year round. All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay.
