Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder on the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Christians Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic and no pets allowed. The stay does not include bed linens, towels, etc., but these can be ordered well in advance for DKK 200 per person.

Aarsdale: Unique annex 100 meters from the sea

Super cozy, small independent annex with access to lovely courtyard in Årsdale - a small fishing village 3.5 km south of Svaneke. 25 sqm secluded home furnished with flea finds. The annex has both its own kitchen and bathroom. It is located just 100 meters from the sea, the harbor, the cliffs, a small beach, a smokehouse and Mikkeller's cafe. Hiking trails to Svaneke and Nexø right from the house. Plenty of opportunities for exciting excursions in the area and a morning dip from the cliffs. Balkahytten is located 150 meters from Bornholm's finest beach: Balka Strand with the most beautiful morning sun. Less than 2 km along the beach is Snogebæk with lots of cafes, restaurants, a jetty and supermarket. About 3 km the other way along the coast is Nexø, Bornholm's second largest town, which has plenty of shopping, clothing stores and lovely cafes and restaurants overlooking the harbor. 200 meters from the house there is a bike rental and bus stop, so you can easily get around the island.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.

The blacksmith's residence is 125 sqm. and contains an entrance, living room with 2 beds, dining room, 2 bedrooms and a newer carpenter's kitchen as well as a renovated bathroom and toilet. The home has high ceilings and beautiful beamed ceilings. The floors are wide plank floors and raw sandstone floors with underfloor heating. You have your own garden and in continuation of this is the park. The living rooms have lake and sea views and in front of access to a beautiful flower garden.

The apartment is on 3 levels with exciting staircases and open connections between, completely renovated in sustainable natural materials. The home is part of a large four-winged farm with the owner's home next door, a living room that is also for rent and a smaller art gallery.

Minnas Stue has everything you need. The sun-drenched apartment is comfortably and cozily furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. The shower room, which has underfloor heating and a toilet, is located on the lower level and also has a large window overlooking the garden and the sea.
