Our apartment is located in the quiet forest area of Mainz-Gonsenheim. The apartment (26 sqm) has a modern shower bath, a small kitchen with stove/oven and is equipped with WIFI, TV and Bluetooth Hifi. Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Penthouse Mainzer Innenstadt

Unser Penthouse (ca. 150 qm²) hat einen ganz eigenen Stil. Die Dachterrasse ist besonders im Sommer toll. Absolutes Wohlfühlambiente mitten in der Innenstadt. Gerne organisieren wir einen Weinworkshop. Von Mainz kann man wunderbare Ausflüge in die Weinregionen Rheinhessen, Nahe, Mittelrhein und Rheingau unternehmen. Die Mainzer Fastnacht ist ein Highlight. Vom Balkon kann man den Rosenmontagsumzug sehen. Leider ist im Moment in der Nachbarschaft eine Baustelle. Deshalb manchmal etwas lauter.

Wir bieten 2 kleine Mansardenzimmer mit kleiner Küche und eigenem Bad in einem Einfamilienhaus in der Mainzer Oberstadt zur Vermietung an. Ein Zimmer ist mit einem Bett( 1x2m),Kommode, Sessel und kleinem Tisch ausgestattet, das andere verfügt über eine Recamiere, Kommode und eingebautem Kleiderschrank. TV und Internetradio sind vorhanden. Das Bad besteht aus WC, Waschbecken und Badewanne. Zur Innenstadt und zur Universität sind es ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 50 m entfernt.

Auf rund 45 qm heißt es ankommen, zurücklehnen und entspannen. Ihr wohnt im Herzen von Rheinhessen im schönen Harxheim - ein schmuckes Weinbergdorf vor den Toren von Mainz. Die Wohnung ist Bestandteil unseres Einfamilienhauses, hat einen separaten Eingang und einen eigenen PKW Stellplatz direkt am Haus. Unsere Souterrainwohnung haben wir 2020 renoviert und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail neu eingerichtet. Unsere Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.
