Close to Ruhr-University and nearby Mark 51 you can find a peaceful home with small kitchen, bathroom (with shower) and Nespresso coffee maker. You can work from this place as well as enjoy some Roku tv with Disney+ and Amazon. To get downtown you can use the bus stop in front of the house or walk to the next underground within 10-15 min. Free parking lots are in front of the house. Our entry door is protected with Ring system which also takes a video of anyone close to door.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV with Netflix, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Keine Spülmaschine Keine Waschmaschine Kein WLAN Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 500 Meter vom Haus entfernt. In 12 Minuten mit dem Bus im Essener Stadtkern. In 20 min zum Essener Hauptbahnhof. Netto und Aldi direkt vor der Haustüre. Waschsalon, DM, Rewe, Edeka, Friseur, Post/DHL sind 2 km entfernt.

Du hast freies WiFi und überdachte Fahrradplätze. Parken ist auf der Straße frei. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser als Starterpaket sind gratis. Einen Wäscheservice bieten wir auf Wunsch an. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen, wir berechnen dafür allerdings 5 Euro pro Tier und Nacht.
