The property has park-like grounds with a private outdoor stairs that lead down to a wild Adirondack river. We allow guests to bring up to two pets for an additional pet fee. Less then 15 minutes from Schroon lake and the Village for shopping and Public beach.Minute from the "buffalo" farm where crafts, Produce and other things are sold.

The River Cabin

The River Cabin is a simple but beautiful original log home that has a gorgeous view of Schroon River and Schroon Falls. It is privately located on a quiet lot but also only 200 feet off of Route 9. This cabin was built in 1977, by our family. It has access to a private swimming hole where you can kayak, swim, fish or just hang out. This cabin has a full kitchen, living room with propane fire place, 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. The basement has a unique game room with poker table and bar.

We are 8 minutes from the Schroon Lake village with the river within walking distance to swim, kayak or tube in. This is also a great location for many of the tourist attractions like hiking, boating, fishing, skiing/snowboarding and snowmobiling.
