Småland idyll by its own lake

Classic Småland log house from 1835 only two hours drive from Malmö. The house is located on a large and hilly natural plot down to a small lake with its own bathing jetty and rowboat. It is 200 meters to the nearest neighbor and small 15 km to shopping (Tingsryd). The house offers a charming atmosphere with, among other things, exposed ceiling beams, raw timber walls, and many original details. At the same time, the house is equipped with modern shower and WC. Ground floor: kitchen, bathroom, WC, living room. 1st floor: two large bedrooms.

Patronhagens B&B

Patronhagen's B&B offers an overnight stay in a spacious two-story guesthouse. In the guesthouse there are 4 beds ( and access to a cot) in a combined sleeping and living room. Toilet, shower and sauna are available on the lower floor. In a separate gazebo breakfast is served. The gazebo is at guests' disposal during the stay. In the gazebo there is a micro wave oven, small fridge and household utensils, water and egg boilers, electric grill, etc., for simple food keeping. There is also sugar, salt and pepper etc.

We rent out our large wooden villa from the end of the 19th century during the summer. It is old and we have been renovating it during the last years. Now its almost finished, newly renovated in old style. The house is spacious with over three meters in ceiling height, old wooden floors and beutiful original windows. It is located just outside the city center and has a large garden and two parking spaces.
