The house is located on a cozy property about 100 meters from the beach in Hörvik. Hörvik is a cozy little fishing camp with nice swimming opportunities, harbor, two restaurants, glass kiosk, lovely nature for running/walking/biking/MTB. A few hundred meters from the house there is a fully equipped gym a few meters from the sea that also offers passes every day. On the plot there is a newly built atelier of 25 m2 (fully equipped with kitchen, WC/shower and kitchenette). Three bicycles are available to borrow. High chair, cot and barbecue area are available on site.

Completely renovated cabin with lake view

Welcome to our cozy cottage in a natural and lovely environment. Here you have the forest as a neighbor and close to nice walking paths. As well as close to swimming and fishing, jetty and boat. From our large balcony on the front, you have a view of the lake and the meadows where our cows graze from spring to late autumn. This is the cottage to stay in if you want to stay in a private setting but also be close to most things. Holmsjö community is 1500 meters away. There is a grocery store, pizzeria, gas station and a nice summer cafe on our nice local island.

Beautiful right by the ocean.

Welcome to the coast, to the sea and the beautiful. This property is located as you can see directly by the sea. The property is modern and well-equipped and things that might delight the stay is a large private sauna, outdoor jacuzzi with sea view. Since the house is by the sea, there is a private jetty to swim from. Furthermore, there is a gas grill and a couple of different but large terraces with fatboys and hammock. To Sölvesborg it takes 10 minutes by car and to Sölvesborgs GK, this year's golf club, it also takes 10 minutes.

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. With nature as a neighbor and the lake outside the door, it's just to relax. Enjoy fishing, hiking, paddling, swimming and everything else nature has to offer. The cottage is all by itself on a cape. There is one bedroom and one sofa bed . Electricity is available and all amenities like fully equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer , stove and contemporary decor . No running water without water on a can. Drainage is in the kitchen. There is an incineration toilet but no shower.

The house is spacious with 4 large bedrooms(8 beds), and 2 full bathrooms. There is a beautiful sea view from all rooms, and 3 large terraces to enjoy sun and shade depending on time of the day. Large garden in front of the sea. Close to house is a small bay with flat rocks for sunbathing and swimming.

Det är en lägenhet med havsutsikt och närhet till naturskyddsområde med vackra stigar. Det finns tillgång till hav med möjlighet att bada 50m från lägenheten. Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of place and fantastic sandy beach and nice sea view from the house, about 150 meters to the shallow almost white sand beach. Close to activities for the children and plenty of excursions in the archipelago with the surrounding area. Close to golf course and nice Sölvesborg with nice old city center with good restaurants and shops
