We offer our small, fine vacation home in the Eifel for guests (also with dogs). The renovated bungalow nestles on the southern slope of the Rur Valley and overlooks the small village of Untermaubach and its castle. In the immediate vicinity are wonderful hiking trails through former vineyards, the Celtic Hochkoppel and the typical Buntsandsteinfelsen [colorful sandstone rocks] along the Rur. Rurtal & the Eifel National Park are particularly attractive for hikers, mountain bikers/e-bikers and nature lovers.

Feel at home in a stylishly renovated, quiet and air-conditioned apartment in an old building in the heart of Würselen. You will find cafes and shops in the immediate vicinity Nearby, within walking distance. The nearest bus stop for Aachen is 20 meters away. Bus connections to the CHIO can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. In the building there is a wine shop and an exclusive wine bar with bistro kitchen open from Thursday to Saturday from 7pm. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

The house has 3 bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. The kitchen has the usual basic amenities, a large fridge-freezer, induction hob with convection oven. All TVs in the house are smart TVs, and can easily be used at the same time via the Wi-Fi network. Several parking bags are located directly in front of the property. Despite quiet location, fast highway access in all directions. Many leisure and hiking opportunities (also for dogs) in the area.

Some restaurants are within walking distance, Belgium and the Netherlands are just a “stone's throw away”. SnowWorld Ski Hall in Landgraaf NL is only 15 km from the house. UNESCO Aachen Cathedral is only 12 km away. The hand and bath towels are provided.
