Local shops (bakeries, restaurants), 2 minutes from a McDonald's. Bright and very quiet because it does not overlook the street but overlooks a beautiful flower garden! There is no kitchen but there is coffee and tea making facilities as well as a fridge and microwave. Towels and bed sheets are provided.

Located only 35 minutes from Bordeaux, on the wine route between Saint-Emilion and Blaye. The accommodation is spacious with separate bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living-dining room, and independent with external entrance, and has a terrace. Its garden is fenced in and charming.

Wi-Fi, fiber etc. 20min from the center of Bordeaux by car, 30' by bus(stop 250m away), 2km from the tramC + relay park, 5min from the train station, 7'from the ring road, 10'from Pessac-Léognan, 10' from the golf course. Close to ALL shops/restaurants.
