Stay in the heart of Ketchum at this cozy studio condo, perfectly located for both adventure and relaxation. Just steps away you will find bars, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, skiing, tennis/pickleball, parks, bike/hiking trails and more. The comfortable bed and large kitchen are great but the highlight of this condo is the private patio view of Bald Mountain where you can enjoy coffee/cocktail while taking in the stunning view. Morning sun rises and evening sun sets will not disappoint.

Cozy Mountain Hideaway

Excellent 2nd floor studio condo—walking distance to world-famous Sun Valley lodge and village. It is 450 sf small, but has a full kitchen, bath and deck (shared with next door unit). Quiet, quaint, & easy living! Mostly updated, the kitchen/bathroom cabinets a little “80’s.” Still clean and cozy! Enjoy the surrounding beauty of this gorgeous mountain town.**The photo with the mirror makes the room appear larger than it is. *NO A/C. Fans in unit and open windows at night keep it cool in summer.

Welcome to our 2 bedroom with loft! Nestled away on Dollar Mountain, mere minutes away from Downtown Ketchum and right up the hill from Sun Valley Lodge. Enjoy the mountain trails and skiing right out your door (Really! Elkhorn chairlift is right outside our window. You might catch it running on snowy days.) Take advantage of all the amenities our community has to offer: tennis, pickleball, two pools, golf, free bus route, and more. *Please see facility hours at the Elkhorn in Sunvalley site.

Please note operating days & hours of the community hot tub are subject to change due to seasonality (closed spring/fall) & weather by Elkhorn staffing.

Things our guests love: heated underground parking spot, seasonal hot tub & pool, paid laundry down the hall, free shuttle pickup out front to get around the valley, fully equipped to cook, new "Purple" mattress, etc.
