It is close to skiing and snowmobiling in the winter; hiking, sightseeing and fishing in the summer. The deck overlooking downtown Lead offers a space in the sun or a covered portion for shade. New 4 person hot tub and fireplace makes the end of day so relaxing! Be aware, there are 32 stairs from street to house. NO TRAILERS!!

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature after a long day vacationing. Sleeps six with a secure fenced yard for the safety of your pets. Located in beautiful Maitland Canyon with seasonal Falsebottom Creek right off the private back deck featuring a BBQ and outdoor table. Amazing Creekside property thats simple and efficient. Centrally located within the Black Hills. Located west of Rapid City approximately 10 miles and approx. 30minutes to Lead, Deadwood, Hill City, Custer, & Mt Rushmore. The sound of the water in the creek, while going to sleep is paradise. Sip on coffee in the mornings on the deck. Wade in the creek while trout fishing. Cross the bridge and venture into the 3 acres that give access to the Black Hills National Forest and multiple trails.
