Nice hiking opportunities along the road, in the forests and fields or mountain peaks; both Klampen (720 meters above sea level), Husfjellet (465 m.a.s.l.), and Vågafjellet (315 m.a.s.l.)

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The cabin has a spectacular location overlooking the famous islands Lovund, Træna, Tomma, Lurøy and the 7 sisters. The cabin is located on the mainland just 1 hour drive from Mo i Rana and 3 min from the ferry and speedboat dock that takes you out to the islands. Immediate proximity to the beach where there are opportunities for kiting, paddling, diving, etc. In addition, there are beautiful hiking areas and mountains in all directions. The cabin was built in 2023.

And you can regularly see birds, moose, and other wildlife by the river. There are also good hiking areas, ski tracks, and snowmobile trails. The cabin is located in Herringen, 18km outside the city centre. We have all basic facilities, WiFi, TV, toilet, heated floors, dishwasher, & washing machine.

Adult couples who like to enjoy rural and quiet atmosphere. 3 km to shop and restaurant HerøyBrygge. 1,5 km to unique Etcetera (magical flower shop that must be experienced). Rorbua is excellent for tourists as there are countless great opportunities for ski touring nearby, both in the Leirfjord and the Sandnessjøen area. There is also good chances of pulling up fish for dinner from the nearest swamp or boat. It is a short car ride if you want to experience Helgeland's beautiful archipelago via several free ferries.
