The wooden house is suitable for families and friends with up to 10 adults. We are renting a beautiful former farmhouse, which was renovated in 2021/22. The detached single-family house (100 square meters) can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, hikers and all those looking for peace, nature and relaxation or want to play golf. In the immediate vicinity - 3 km from the vacation home - is the Lietzenhof golf course. On the 18-hole course in extensive grounds, you can switch off and enjoy the unique natural landscape.

Grandmas Hilde house high above the mosel

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal. The house is located in immediate vicinity of the Dinosaur park and the hike trails of Teufelsschlucht. Beautiful Müllerthal as well as the lake of Echternach (including a swim area) with its beautiful play grounds and other activities are only 20 resp. 10 min. away. The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.
