Exceptional villa: this house designed by an architect is ideally located in a quiet area in the heart of Petit Piquey, a charming village on the Cap-Ferret peninsula, between the basin (5 min by foot) and the ocean (10min by bike). The amenities and shops of the centre of Petit Piquey are just a stone's throw away: delicatessen, wine shop, butcher's shop, fish shop, supermarket, numerous restaurants and oyster shacks, as well as the famous organic bakery "Pain Paulin".

Come and relax! Our beautiful 2023 house, in a very quiet neighborhood on the edge of the woods, opens its arms to you for a relaxing stay around the pool. Not overlooked, you will only have as neighbors the deer of the adjoining forest. Located in a private cul-de-sac, the walks among the pines are from the house . All linens are included , travel light!
