In a new house located at the end of a private chemin in a chic quartier of Parentis en Born, 3kms from the centre of the town and lake, no shops or restaurants in the quartier. The house backs onto the forest with a small gate for access for dog walks and exploring. The area is very calm and the house is accessed through a large electric gate onto a large secure parking area. The accommodation is on the first floor and private from the main house. The entrance and foyer is a shared area.

Warm and peaceful, this lovely bedroom is situated in our family stone building. The street is quiet, bright and close to all the conveniences (shops, transport...) and of the historic district. You'll take beautiful walks around...! The room looks out on the gardens. Accès : 100 rue Francin, BORDEAUX Un petit déjeuner 8€/P à commander la veille (sauf le samedi) : Thé, café, chocolat, jus de fruit, croissant ou chocolatine, pain frais, confitures, miel, beurre, yaourt nature. Pas d'accueil voyageurs sans commentaire ni profil renseignés. Cuisine interdite sauf réchauffer un plat.

Jolie chambre dans cabane indépendante (16 m2) avec salle d’eau et toilettes sèches. Petit frigo. Literie très confortable, témoignages à l’appui ! Quartier très calme (à signaler parfois le chant des canards de notre voisin). Pistes cyclables à 50m. 5mn en voiture du marché. Premières plages du Pyla : 10mn en voiture. Je vous propose de vous préparer un petit déjeuner complet (10€/pers) : boisson chaude, 1 jus de fruits, 1 fruit, 1 viennoiserie, 1/2 baguette, beurre, confiture.

Possibilité de ne pas demander le pdj lors de votre demande de reservation, un tarif spécial de moins 20€ sera appliqué ( hors week-end et juil/aout) Espace privé sur une terrasse de 10m2, avec jacuzzi disponible toute l'année et accès libre à la piscine . Idéalement située à Gujan-Mestras, à 10 mins du bassin et 20mins des plages océanes.

Mon logement est idéalement situé,à 500 m du lac, 200 m du golf et 6 km de l'océan.C'est un chalet de 25 m2 avec coin salon, télévision et frigo top. Il se compose aussi d'un coin nuit avec lit en 160 et literie haut de gamme. Vous avez un accès totalement indépendant,avec une terrasse privative. Une cuisine commune est également à votre disposition. This cabin is located near Biscarrosse's lac and golf, it includes comfortable bedding, ideal for couples.
