When the weather is nice, you can also sit outside. The split-level house from 2022 is located on the southern slope of a quiet side street in the village and offers an unforgettable panoramic view of the forest opposite. The big natural garden invites you to linger. No Partys or loud Music allowed!

The renovated 75 m² apartment is located in Birresborn between Gerolstein and Bitburg, spans two floors, and accommodates up to four guests. It features one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, and a bathroom. The fully equipped private kitchen provides everything you need for your stay. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video conferences), TV (including Apple TV), fan, washing machine, and a workspace with a 24-inch monitor, mouse, and keyboard.
