Apartment close to nature in a quiet location. Ideal for relaxing and unwinding. Upscale standard with modern vintage atmosphere. The apartment was newly furnished and built in September 2021. Everywhere, attention has been paid to good quality and loving details. Nuremberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Bamberg, Würzburg, the Steigerwald, Franconian Switzerland,... are within easy reach. We look forward to seeing nice guests who love nature and want to feel comfortable and relax with us.

You live in a traffic-calmed zone and look into the green from your bathroom and kitchen. Free parking available in the street.

The Forstgut Tanzenhaid in Middle Franconia is a private property. In the middle of the beautiful forest and pond landscape of Tanzenhaid lies the manor house built in 1725. This was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished according to the latest standards as a vacation home with a lot of style and attention to detail. It can be reached via private forest paths and offers our guests peace and quiet and the experience of idyllic nature with forest, water and meadows.

A well-lit hallway features light wooden flooring and white walls. A mirror is mounted on one side, while a coat rack and small shelf are positioned on the opposite wall. The space reflects a clean and organized environment, providing a welcoming entry point.

Welcome, I'm Eva, your hostess. The spacious two-room apartment is located in my single-family home, which I live in with my dogs. It has a separate entrance. The saltwater pool is heated. This, the fenced garden, barbecue and terrace are at your disposal. The apartment has a living/bedroom with double bed, two single beds and a large kitchen-living room. The shower and toilet are separated. A large private sauna is at your disposal.

A modern kitchen area is showcased with sleek cabinetry and integrated appliances, including a microwave and a refrigerator. A spacious countertop and sink provide ample workspace. The living area features a large flat-screen TV mounted on the wall, with a dining table and red chairs inviting relaxation.

It is located in the middle of a large, fairytale garden that invites you to linger.
