This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

okOTime Studio with rooftop terrace

Our feel-good studio near Berlin – quiet, stylish and surrounded by greenery. First occupancy in 2024 with 60 m², spacious 30 m² roof terrace, lounge furniture and umbrella. Without a TV at all – but with plenty of space to settle in and take a deep breath. A special highlight is the historic wooden floorboards from the Berlin Palace, carefully refurbished and newly laid. Swimming lakes, the Briesetal and hiking trails are close by. At the same time, you have ideal connections: A111/A10 in a few minutes, Berlin-Mitte with S1/S8 in about 30 minutes.

On the light-flooded Belle Étage, you move with the sun throughout the day: waking up in the bedroom overlooking the castle park, showering in the open-plan designer bathroom, coffee in the large kitchen, eating in the dining room, evenings by the fireplace... Six spacious rooms with high ceilings, large windows and modern castle floorboards await you in 200 square meters. Surrounded by the lakes and forests of the Barnim Nature Park, the Belle Étage is a retreat for those who enjoy peace, nature, architecture and design.

Our guest house is located right next to the nature reserve, on the southern edge of Oranienburg, not far from lakes and attractions. By car, you are directly on the Berliner Ring or in the center of Oranienburg in a few minutes. We are comfortably furnished and offer a complete, open kitchen-living room with separate dining area, a cozy living and sleeping area, perfect for 2 people as well as a modern shower room. In a few minutes you can reach the Borgsdorf S-Bahn station with direct connection to Berlin city center with a travel time of about 40 minutes.

Our cozy weekend property invites you to a wonderfully relaxing vacation. A private jetty with lake access as well as forest and meadow are right outside the front door. On a 1000 square meter property you can enjoy nature completely alone. Watch sunrises and sunsets in the pulpit on the jetty. Rowing boats can be rented nearby in season. Fishing is also possible on Lake Rahm with a fishing license.
