Relax in comfort with two spacious king beds and a well-equipped coffee bar at Annie’s Condo as you enjoy the peace and scenery of beautiful Birch Bay. This second floor unit boasts a wall of windows, a balcony with a view of the water, a main floor bedroom and full bath, and a loft with a half bath. The location has beach access directly across the street from the complex, an indoor community pool and hot tub, and tennis/pickleball courts. We look forward to hosting your next seaside getaway!

Country sounds —coyotes, cows and roosters (right next door). The pool & hot tub are about 150' away & ALSO AVAILABLE TO OTHER GUESTS ON THE PROPERTY. Reserve the times you want. $50 per pet fee. NO ADULT PARTIES AND NO MORE THAN 7 GUESTS at any time during the stay. Charge per adult after 4 is $15 per person.

You have access to a private back porch and yard as you go out french doors. You also have access to the common grounds for the entire property that includes grill, hot tub, fire pit with real wood and table for picnic by pond. two swinging chairs from tree, and two floating chairs with gas fire pit by pond.
