Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-party house just a few minutes walk from the center of Hollage. The Mittelland Canal is also within walking distance. From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets. A bus stop is just a few meters from the house.

In our guest house furnished with a lot of love, we warmly welcome our guests. The guest house has 2 single beds, which are located on an gallery. ( The beds can also be pushed together). There is room for more guests on a sofa bed. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and biking trails, you will find our nice guest house. Das Haus wurde vollständig renoviert: Fußbodenheizung (Wärmetauscher), Wallbox, Sauna, Kamin alles wird mit Ökostrom betrieben. Deshalb werden die Stromkosten Zählergenau berechnet.
