Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Newly renovated pleasant 40 m2 house comprising 1 living room, open kitchen equipped for cooking well. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm that can accommodate a couple by joining them or 2 work colleagues by separating them with an office, fiber installed, a large dressing room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. Relax in a cozy and refined atmosphere, just 10 min. from the medieval city of Provins! When you wake up or at sunset, admire the panoramic view of the Provincial countryside and during the day enjoy the surrounding walks. The chalet can accommodate up to 2 adults (1x 140cm double bed). Also linen is provided (sheet + towels). Finally, the chalet is fully equipped and has WiFi. 🐶🐱 Animaux bien élevés acceptés.

Our accommodations are highly comfortable, unusual, eco-friendly wooden and glass buildings nestled in a green setting in Aube, at the gates of Champagne. They all have a large equipped terrace where you can relax and have breakfast (included) in the form of baskets. (At this time of year, breakfast is served in the dining room). You will have free access to the pool area.

Cozy and warm house, located in the center of the village. On the ground floor: a dining room, a fitted kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire. Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.
