Independent apartment in Farmhouse – private pool – terraces

The accommodation is part of the Mas with an independent entrance and its own small pool (not shared) and two terraces. It is about 45 m2, includes a large bedroom with TV, storage space, kitchen area and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. All the space is open, there is no separation between the bedroom and the kitchenette. The terrace is oriented East, very pleasant in summer. It overlooks the 3.50 m octagonal swimming pool.

And you will also be welcomed by Lulu & Griotte our two dogs who accompany Nadine on her truffle harvest.

This pretty studio, adjoining our house, is on the ground floor of a wooded garden. Quiet, it will help you rest and recharge. It's an ideal cocoon for a weekend or more, or as part of a business trip. We are surrounded by hiking trails, you will easily enjoy the surrounding nature. A short walk from the house, you can taste the delicacies of the Nougaterie and treat yourself to treatments and massages at the Fumades spa.

Barésia is about 75 m² and has a small kitchen, with everything you need to make good meals. It also has a living room, dining room, bathroom, toilet, and two bedrooms, one without a window. The 24 m² terrace offers fantastic views of the garden and woods around Mas Bernadis. You will be seduced by the calm and tranquility of this place. There are plenty of activities around the Mas.

The authentic hamlet with its stone houses of the country, to a lot of charm, it is located at 400m altitude, facing south. The view is beautiful and changes according to the seasons and climate. The cottage is at the end of the cul de sac road that leads to the top of the hamlet of Malbosquet. Numerous hikes around the cottage, swimming in the river at maximum 10min by car.
