Apartment refurbished (classification in 3-star tourist furnished by the Gites de France), comfortable, located in the heart of the tourist village of Les Vans, in the city center, in a lively area. It is located in a stone building, classified, on the 3rd and top floor, without elevator. The building overlooks the Place du Lavoir. Free parking close by. Following the summer of 2022, very hot, fans were purchased and the roof window changed and equipped with an insulating roller shutter.

An open-plan living area includes a red sofa bed and a dark dining table with four chairs. A kitchen area is visible, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine. A neutral-toned wall features a simple abstract art piece.

Close to all amenities. 5-minute walk to restaurants and shops, bakery, butcher, pharmacy. Market on Friday morning. Barjac is located between the Cèze Valley and the Ardèche Gorges. Close to Uzès, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Agen d'Orgnac, Chauvet Cave, Pont du Gard, Anduze bamboo garden, KIEFFER workshop. Two large annual flea markets.
