Light and quiet apartment for a good rest after exploring the city. Available for you is a spacious bedroom, plus a separate kitchen and a bathroom. Great, easygoing and safe neighborhood, with lot's of cafe's and places to eat within walking distance. **PLEASE NOTE currently there are construction works going on the roof of the building. (not inside the apartment) On some days this can cause serious noise. Also there is scaffolding around the building, where workers might walk around** see pic

Lovely little studio (35 m2) in the BEST city location, on foot to Alexanderplatz. Ideal for a SHORT stay of 2 persons. Good for business travelers! This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment is for max 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed - faces the backyard. The living room - direction street - is equipped with a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

Maybach Apartment - Location. Design. Comfort

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

Wonderful Loft Space on the 5th floor

Very nice, bright loft space in the vibrant area of Kreuzberg. The apartment is based in the 5th floor and from the window you can see the famous TV Tower of Berlin. There is NO ELEVATOR in the building. But the stairs are worth the excercise! The apartment is well decorated, has a full kitchen and everything you need, to feel comfortable for your stay in Berlin.
