We are 15 miles from seaside heights. 25 miles from long beach island. 4 miles from Cedar Creek & new Berkeley Island County Park. Smithville is 35 min drive. Atlantic city is 45 min drive. It is clean, private, functional, affordable and comfortable suite. HONEY BEES, DOGS, & CHICKENS ON PROPERTY. The animals do make noise.

Spectacular unobstructed views of Barnegat Bay. Secluded home directly on the bay with plenty of outside seating both on the decks and along the bay front. 4 bedroom, 3 bath house with plenty of space to spread out in the open floor plan first floor. Three upstairs bedrooms have direct access to decks and the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are upper and lower decks facing the bay so you can enjoy the sun and scenery.
