The house is about 5 km from the E4 and 8 km from Söderhamn. It has a fully equipped kitchen, even a microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available, but sheets and towels are to be brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and WiFi are available. On the property, there is a gym with a ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to use. In summer, there is also a heated pool. Additional accommodation in a large apartment can also be rented.

Our place is located in Mo with a fantastic view of Lake Florsjön and proximity to a swimming area 1.5 km away. Our cabin has electricity and a chemical toilet but no running water, cans are available to fetch water at the nearest gas station or at the church. Experience Hälsingland with lovely nature, experiences and history. Here you live with proximity to several swimming lakes and surroundings with mountains to walk up. 4 km to Mokorset, gas station 5.5 km to the nearest store, Coop Bergvik 15 km to Söderhamn city center & E4an.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Hiking and cycling trails start right outside and during summer there is a private dock and rowing boat by the lake. The ski resort is just over 1 km away and in winter it’s possible to walk or ski across the frozen lake to the lifts. Three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and free EV charging.
