These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 min to Sundsvall city center and stops outside My University on the way. Welcome to our newly built house – a lakeside oasis with sauna, fireplace and magnificent views of the lake and Järvsö ski slopes. There are 3 bedrooms (6 beds), kitchen and bathroom. Swimming dock and rowing boat straight down below the house, bike and hiking trails around the corner and in winter you can reach the ski slopes in 10 minutes over the ice or 3 minutes by car. After a day filled with adventure, the sauna, the fire and the silence await. Free electric car charging is included. Perfect for both outdoor activities and relaxation all year round.

Hassela Ski Resort is 30 minutes from here. In the summer you can enjoy swimming at the village swimming area, 200 meters from the cabin, fishing or nearby activities such as hiking. Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.
