Flat "Feel the Silence of Nature"

Nice funished apartment of 20 qm which is located in a suburb of Dortmund called Aplerbeck at the end of a dead-end-street right in the middle of a nature reserve. You find the apartment in a two-family-house in a cultivated area. The apartment consistes of one bed-room for two, a small fully equiped kitchen with a table and two chairs and a bathroom with a bath tub. You find a separate entrance to get into the apartment. There is a cosy and homelike seating outside the apartment where you can spend some quiet relaxing moments. It is a very nice place. At night you can listen to the crying of some little owls which live in the nature reserve. Apart from that it is very quiet here. The motorway is 5 minutes away from us. You can reach the A1 and A45 (slip road is called Schwerte) within a few minutes. We have a carport right at the apartment. You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. I love cooking.

kleines Apartment mit Bad für 1-2 Personen

Meine Unterkunft ist in Dortmund Wickede, und liegt an der Stadtgrenze zu Unna. Die Anbindung an Straßen- und Personennahverkehr (Bus, Straßenbahn und S-Bahn, BvB Stadion) ist sehr gut und innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Entfernung bis zum Stadtzentrum Dortmund beträgt 12km, mit der S-Bahn S4 zur Haltestelle Stadthaus 12 Minuten. In Wickede gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Gelegenheiten zum Frühstücken. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und alleinreisende Abenteurer. Da sich das Bett, 1,40 x 2,00m, unter einer Dachschräge befindet, ist es für zwei Personen enger als in einem freistehenden Bett (siehe Fotos).

MyPlaceBerge ist eine gemütliche Paterrewohnung im Süden von Hamm. Die Wohnung wurde im April 2021 fertig gestellt und ist komplett neu eingerichtet. Die Autobahn ist nur 5 Fahrminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurant und Schnellimbiss sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist das Freibad Süd, ein Wald mit Trimm-Dich-Parcours und Feldwege, die zum Laufen und Wandern einladen. Neben dem Maxipark und dem Glas-Elefanten gibt es noch vieles mehr in Hamm zu entdecken.

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist 55qm groß und befindet sich 700m vom Cappenberger See und vom Freibad entfernt. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Einzelbett und ein Doppelbett. Für den vierten Gast ist eine Schlafcouch vorhanden. Zentrum von Lünen und der Bahnhof in dem der Zug nach Münster und Dortmund fährt sind in ca. 15 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2.Stockwerk eines Zweifamilienhauses.

Wir bieten in Lünen Horstmar in einer ruhigen Sackgasse eine 60qm große voll möblierte Erdgeschosswohnung mit Gartenblick an. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer, einem Bad mit Dusche und einem großen Wohnesszimmer mit offener Küche. Es ist alles vorhanden: alle Küchenutensilien, Wäsche, Handtücher, eben alles was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt benötigt. Im Badezimmer ist eine Waschmaschine. In der Küche sind alle Elektrogeräte vorhanden.
