Do you want a quiet accommodation in the city center optimized and equipped up to the coffee pod😁!? Well this charming studio will offer you easy access to all the sights and amenities on foot. Quiet and without a neighbor above your head is very IMPORTANT! Restaurants and local produce markets on Saturday/Wednesday downstairs from the building. Perfect for short/medium business tourism. Independent studio with garden

15 minutes walk to the train station and the center. The studio is on the ground floor of our house with a separate entrance. Double bed + sofa bed. Parking is on the sidewalk (unless otherwise indicated, if we are not there). Duvets, blankets, pillows provided. Extra linens and towels at €3 per person. We have a cat who is an expert in the art of crashing... generally cute but clingy ;-) Great barbecue available, as pictured ^^
