The hiking and cycling trails start at the front door. The ski areas of Zell am See, the glacier of Kaprun (Oct. to May) Saalbach and Kitzbühel are within easy reach. Chalet Bergglück is a beautiful spacious house for alpine lovers. Located in the small idyllic town Walchen, with cows, fruit trees and its own small ski slope the Nagelköpfl for skiing and fun winter activities. Enjoy your freedom with your own garden, terrace and balcony with splendid mountain views. The ski bus stop and supermarket for fresh bread are just around the corner. Drive in 5 minutes to Kaprun or 10 minutes to Zell am See for skiing or use as your base for all the other activities.

The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter. It was completely renovated in August 2021 and waiting for happy guests :)!

Quiet wooden villa with indoor pool

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The heart of this old furnished building is probably the cozy living room with tiled stove and kitchen in winter, and plenty of wood is of course provided. From May to October, the heated indoor pool in the tropical conservatory is inspiring. The barely used side street also offers additional peace. In general, the location is perfect, whether in the city of Salzburg, for a ski tour in Gaißau or for swimming in Lake Fuschlsee.
