Die sonnige Penthaus-Wohnung liegt am Stadtrand von Salzburg in Anif. Sie bietet mit 78 m2 genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Insgesamt stehen 1 Wohnessbereich mit vollausgestatteter Küche, 1 Waschküche, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad und 1 WC zur Verfügung. Das Sofa wird schnell zu einem gemütlichen Bett für Zwei. Highlight ist die Massagedusche und Whirlpool-Badewanne im Bad und der Pool im Garten. Die Wohnung ist gut mit dem Auto, sowie Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar. In der Sommersaison darf gerne der Pool im Außenbereich benutzt werden. Ich bin sehr oft im Ausland unterwegs. Jedoch ist meine Tochter oft da uns steht Ihnen für Fragen zur Verfügung. Zu Fuß ist ein Supermarkt, eine Tankstelle, ein Modegeschäft und ein Drogeriemarkt schnell erreichbar. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Welcome to our modern but warm House in the middle of the Tyrolian Alps. The Maisonette is build in a one Family House with its own Garden and Entrance. The Zur Loipe is just 15 min Walk to the Center and Shops. Just 5 min to the several Skiing Lifts by Car. For all our Cross Country Enthusiastics the Loipe is located just in front of the Garden, no Car is needed neither long Walks. Traumhaftes Bergidyll, herrliche Aussicht auf Hohen Göll, Watzmann, Kalter, Untersberg,... , ganztags Sonne, ein sensationeller Balkon. Nicht umsonst wurde hier die Anfangssequenz von "Sound of music" gedreht...Bad, Küche hochwertig und neu, Ausstattung gemütlich und traditionell. Mit Solar-und Holzscheitheizung, sowie neuer PV-Anlage wohnt ihr absolut klimaneutral. Internet vorhanden , aber langsam. Hühner, Schafe, Katzen, Alm, Kinder willkommen, kleiner Spielplatz, Bullerbü auf den Bergen!

Wir bieten eine 50 qm große Wohnung mit Bergblick an! Wir wohnen hier sehr abgelegen und ruhig also der perfekte Ort um mal richtig abzuschalten! Das Strandbad in Taching und Tengling sind jeweils ca. 2km entfernt. Sie dürfen gerne Ihre Haustiere mitnehmen wie sie auf den Bildern sehen haben wir selbst welche. Wir freuen uns auf Ihr kommen! The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

Welcome at Laschenskygut in Wals near Salzburg. It lies in the suburbs of the city of Salzburg, inmidst the nature, with a direct bus connection to the city centre. You will love this apartment due to it's wonderful equipment (wooden floor, suitable for allergy sufferers etc.), the nice view to the mountains, the location as well as the surroundings. Das gemütliche, modern rustikale Apartment, liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu bestens ausgebauten Wanderwegen, sowie einem großen Loipennetzwerk . Die Ski/- Wanderbushaltestelle in das Schigebiet Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ist in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Bahnhof liegt ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt....Rodelbahn und Dorfloipe sind beleuchtet. Im Haus sind Ski- und Radabstellplätze sowie eine Terrasse vorhanden.

The apartment is located on the upper floor (3rd floor) of the converted, former old agricultural mill in the heart of Siezenheim. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has a separate entrance.
