Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus in dem kleinen Dorf Neppermin. Es ist eine kleine 2 Zimmerwohnung mit Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Bad und Küche, mit der Gelegenheit für ein 4. Bett als Aufbettung. Der Ort befindet sich auf der schönen Ostseeinsel Usedom., ca. 150 m entfernt vom Achterwasser. Hier findet man Ruhe und Zeit zum Abschalten oder erkundet die Insel von hieraus. Zur polnischen Nachbarschaftsstadt Swinemünde ist es auch nur ein Katzensprung. Kontakt gern per E-Mail.

Es gibt einen Flachbildschirm, Wifi und eine kleine Küche sowie Dusche/WC. Der Balkon hat Fenster, so kann man auch bei schlechterem Wetter die Aussicht auf die Ostsee genießen. Die Strandpromenade erreicht man in 1 Minute, bis zum Hafen sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg. Vom Bahnhof geht man ca. 30 Minuten zu uns. Eine Bushaltestelle oder Fahrradverleih gibt es in der Nähe. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Haus. Die Kurabgabe beträgt in der Hauptsaison 1,50 €/Tag/Erwachsener, sonst 1,00 €.

Unsere kleine Wohnung (44 m²) in der Wolgaster Altstadt freut sich über euren Besuch :-) Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zwischen Hafen und Markt. Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz für kleinere PKW (recht eng, bis Größe VW Golf) ist direkt vor der Hauseingangstür. Größere Autos können kostenfrei auf einigen Parkplätzen in der Altstadt parken. Die Bäderbahn fährt unweit der Wohnung auf die Insel Usedom, ebenso Busverbindungen.

Das Ferienhaus Rosalie ist ein 2015 erbautes Haus auf einem schönen Gartengrundstück von ca. 500qm. Menschen, die Natur und Ruhe lieben, werden sich hier wohlfühlen. Der große Wohn- und Essraum ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und gut belichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut zum Kochen geeignet. Bett- und Badwäsche sowie Küchentücher werden für 20€ pro Person vom Reinigungsdienst bereit gestellt, können auch selber mitgebracht werden. Eine Kurtaxe muss zusätzlich bezahlt werden.
