Very cozy and modern apartment with one of the most beautiful views of the Costa Blanca. 360-degree sea view from the spacious terrace. Beautiful new kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom with rain shower. Ideal location on a very quiet street without through traffic and only 50 meters from the two swimming pools of the complex. 5 restaurants (two with private swimming pool), large supermarket, paddle tennis/tennis, riding stables and more 2-3 km away. As well as beautiful Moraig beach. Moraira is 8 minutes away by car, Javea is 15 minutes away.

The Guest House is in a lovely garden with carp pond and pool. It is self contained with its own access from a quiet road. It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Enjoy your vacation The flat is situated in the cliffs, which offer marvellous hiking opportunities. You will find complete peace and quiet in this apartment, which you will like for its plants and its views. It is completely equipped to a very high standard. Pleasantly cool in summer, the flat has two bedrooms and a reception. You have private access to three well maintained pool areas (shared use). There is a direct access (10-15 minutes, sturdy shoes) to the savage beach of Cala Llebeig.

Cozy apartment with garden between the coastal towns of Moraira and Calpe. The studio was completely renovated in 2022 and now our guests also have a beautiful eat-in kitchen with dining area and couch at their disposal. A Mediterranean covered terrace with garden and BBQ with Gas completes the whole thing. It is about a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach. A tennis court with sports facilities such as paddle tennis, yoga and Pilates is in the immediate vicinity.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you.
