Mediterranean escape - No extras - 10m to beach

Hello everyone! We invite you to spend some relaxing time in our charming Ibizan style house with sea motives where we hope you will forget about the daily routine and stressful times. Our guesthouse has 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room-dining room and two bedrooms: 1 double, and the other one, can be adapted according to your needs; double, 2 singles or bunk-beds. Outside you have outdoor furniture to chill out while reading a book, drinking a gin and tonic or eating a meal with your loved ones. Dont´t forget you can use our barbacue and enjoy fresh eggs just laid by our 3 chickens. Please note that we also have a cot and a high-chair available. If you are going to need them, please let us know. Once you are here the options are endless. If you are into sunbathing your days away, this is the place. We are sorrounded by Blue flag beaches less than a ten-minute-walk from the house. In high season you can practise free tai chi and yoga every day, use the library facilites or go to the weekly movies on the beach. For the keen cyclists a trip to the nature reserve of el Desierto de las Palmas is a must, or to cycle along the green way to Oropesa del Mar. In this town you will find Marina 'Or. Other activities avaiblable are: horse riding, hill walking, golf, water sports or to go sight seeing to places as charming as Morella, Villafamés, or Peñíscola, among many others. There is no doubt the summer is a busy time in the area. Many festivals take place in the area. In Benicassim: the reknown FIB (12 al 15 julio), Rothotom (17-24 agosto), Classic guitar festival(30 agosto - 6 septiembre), the lnternational Magdalena festival every year in March, San Juan in June, etc. Our house is situated in a residential area of the sea district of Castellón, el Grao, and at the beginning of the seaside area of Benicassim. This is a quiet area and in a couple of minutes by foot you will be in the seaside zone with restaurants, beach bars, supermarket, etc. Public transport is available near by and within few minutes you can arrive to the heart of Benicassim or to the nearest city, Castellón. In Castellón or Benicassim you can catch trains to anywhere in Spain, Valencia not to be missed and it´s only 1 hour away by train. Castellón is located 278 kms from Barcelona, 76 kms from Valencia and 268 from Alicante. Please note that we have a number of bicycles to be used at your own leisure, ranging in sizes. This is an undiscovered area of Spain by mainstream tourists which has lots to offer and where you could, no doubt, recharge your batteries. Free pick up from airport, train and bus depot, if possible, We are waiting for you. What are you waiting for?

Apartamento con jardín en Eslida

Apartamento de pueblo restaurada en plena sierra Espadan. Dispone de tres habitaciones con cama de matrimonio con baño individual para cada habitación. Tiene cocina, comedor salón con estufa-hogar de bioetanol (adicional 5€ por litro de combustible) y terraza con jardín vallado de 300 metros cuadrados con barbacoa (leña no incluida). Nuestros huéspedes pueden disfrutar de la tranquilidad del parque natural así como de todos sus senderos que están muy bien marcados, y si lo prefieren pueden realizar actividades de aventura por los alrededores. También es un enclave perfecto para los amantes al mountain-bike (nivel medio - alto). Eslida esta rodeada de fuentes naturales de agua de manantial y disponen de paelleros y zonas picnic. Nos encontramos a 10 km de la autovia cv-10 (salida 1), a unos escasos 40 min, de Valencia y 20 min de Castellón. Pese a estar en medio de la montaña, tan solo nos encontramos a 17 km de la playa.

Welcome to our sunny and beautiful Spanish home, a spacious 3 bedroom apartment located in the best area of Benicasim, near the Voramar , less than 5 minutes walk to the awarded Almadraba beach ( Blue Flag) and only 2 minutes walk to Benicasim town center. Benicasim is the most amazing family friendly resort in the county, but also has got a vibrant and busy nightlife. It has over 9 km of sandy beaches, stunning green cycling path ('via verde'), astonishing villas walk by the seafront.

Casa de campo con piscina cerca de la playa.

La casa esta en una finca de 2000 m2 totalmente vallada y para uso exclusivo de los inquilinos. No se comparte con los propietarios, se alquila para uso privado. Consta de piscina, barbacoa, terraza, huerto ecologico... La piscina estará disponible desde finales de mayo a final de septiembre. Las mascotas son bienvenidas. A tan solo 30 minutos de las playas, cerca de Benicassim y a 10 minutos de la sierra, cerca de pequeños pueblos del interior que merece la pena descubrir.

SMOKE FREE ZONE This ground floor apartment is ideal for a couple. The apartment is spacious,very cool in summer with outside dining. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and an open plan small lounge. The property has Wifi. The village is quiet but welcoming, with several restaurants, 2 supermarkets and the traditional bakery, fish shop and butchers. The village is surrounded by orange groves and has a choice of walking and cycling routes for all ages.

Pequeña casita básica y sencilla de invitados. La casa está ubicada en una finca de 4,5 hectáreas distribuida en bancales, con huerto, olivos y almendros con certificación ecológica. Nos dedicamos a trabajar caballos y a la agricultura familiar ecologica. En la finca hay una pista de juego con canastas. Estamos en las afueras del pueblo. Recomendamos descubrir el interior de Castellón, zona de montañas, poco turismo, lugares sorprendentes y tradición templaria.

Magnífica ubicación a 10 metros de la playa, a 5 minutos a pie del centro urbano y a 15 del castillo (en lo alto de la colina). Apartamento muy luminoso, totalmente renovado, consta de 2 dormitorios, un baño, cocina completamente equipada y salón comedor. Dos terrazas una de ellas frontal al mar. El apartamento también dispone de piscina comunitaria, cancha de tenis y plaza de garaje cubierta. Aire acondicionado.
