Hi, my flat is very cozy you will feel at home ! The beach is just 2 minutes walk also the village with many restaurants and bars is just 10 minutes walk. There is a supermarket just also 1 minute away walking. If you like hiking the mountains are really closed too. Perfect for a couple with kids or 3 adults. 50 meters sqm. Also there is a really nice terrace with a beautiful garden with pine trees view. We even have red squirrels !About the price we can arrange something that works for both

3 bedroom apartment, but with the sole use of a double room and exclusive use of a bathroom (the other 2 are closed). Great thermal and sound insulation of the house with A/C and heating. Filtered tap water in the kitchen for drinking. The house is located 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Bus 2 minutes to get to the train station and the University. Large garden area. Apartment in Benicassim, Botavara area. Spectacular views of both the beach and the mountains. Located on the seventh floor. Thanks to Benicassim's climate and proximity to the sea, it is a great place to visit, featuring a mild climate in winter and cool in summer. The apartment has an excellent location, with a local bus stop below the house and a bus to Madrid a 2-minute walk away. Beach access 30 seconds away with lots of restaurants.

Nice apartment at the side of the beach. Perfect for a stay with family and friends. Family and quiet environment, with a good gastronomic offer near bars and restaurants. The area enjoys a warm and sunny climate. Nearby we have other points of tourist interest, such as the largest saltwater spa in Europe, the old case of Oropesa or Benicàssim just 15 minutes away by car, you can also hike through the different green areas and routes.

Beautiful apartment with ocean views, pool and garage.

Comfortable and equipped apartment, very close to the beach, well connected for having bus stops and good access to the main highways. Family building, which has a pool, parking space and a cafeteria-bakery just outside the portal. The barrio has pizzeria, bares-restaurantes, paddlesurf school and a horse riding 10min walking. A few minutes by car: aeroclub, golf club, supermarkets, port, pharmacy, spa, karts and water park (summer).
